Welcome Tervuren Exhibitors, Friends & Family,
Welcome to the 2021 ABTC National Specialty! We are so excited to have you join us. First, a special thank you to The Belgian Tervuren Club of Southern California for hosting the Welcome BBQ, and The Evergreen Belgian Tervuren Club for hosting the Farewell Celebration. In addition to the traditional events offered at our National Specialties, we are adding Scent Work for the first time. And as special recognition for 2020’s cancellation, we are offering 18-21- and 21-24-month puppy sweepstakes classes. This year we are offering Urban Tracking and VST only. You can check out the Info Brochure. The Info Brochure will be mailed soon to all ABTC members.
The Linn County Expo Center and Fairgrounds has a ton of RV parking available. Reservations for RVs will be made directly with the Expo Center. Both hotels adjoining the fairgrounds (you will not need a car to go back and forth) have plenty of rooms, so there is no need to list overflow hotels. There is also a restaurant sharing the parking lot with the hotels, and a huge park (and fenced dog park) across the street.
We are working directly with Linn County Expo Center and Fairgrounds concerning COVID guidelines and will adjust events, accordingly, based on local and state (Oregon and Washington) guidelines. Events, grooming, vendors, etc. may be moved as required. Cancellation of the National will only occur if it is required by local or state mandates.
If an event is canceled AFTER the closing date,
entry fees less AKC recording fees will be refunded.
For those who will be joining us for the first time at this location, you are in for a treat!
Nancy McClure, Chair
