Vendors are WELCOME and ENCOURAGED! Vendors will be indoors in a room adjacent to the rings. There is heavy traffic through this room and check in, raffle, archives, etc will be in this room. There will be no sales of products on the Specialty grounds without approval from the vendor chair, a signed contract, proof of insurance, and fee paid.
The fee is $150 per 10’x10’ space, additional space $75 per 10’x10’. A $25 deposit is required with the contract, balance is due by April 29, 2023.
